If your company would like to promote an event through WiN UK’s online events calendar and social media channels, the event must meet the following criteria:

• Must align to WiN UK strategic objectives and mission
• Ideally, offer a discount or free attendance for WiN UK members
• Be organised by a WiN UK Industry Charter Signatory or jointly hosted by WiN UK

WiN UK offer the following options for promoting external events that meet the above criteria:

Event Feature and Promotion

•  1 x LinkedIn and Twitter post
• Entry in WiN UK’s online events calendar
• Notification via WiN UK e-newsletter when timing allows

£300 plus VAT

Event Calendar Entry Only

• Entry in WiN UK’s online events calendar

£100 plus VAT

How to request promotion of an event

Please email info@winuk.org.uk if you would like an entry on WiN UK’s event calendar, indicating if you would also like a post on our social platforms. We will require, based on the service(s) chosen:

• Date and time
• Venue / Online Platform
• URL to link to registration
• Contact email address
• A supporting image to use with the post 1200 x 675 pixels
• Title and description of the event
• Contact details and reference for invoicing
