After more than two years as President of WiN UK, Lynsey Valentine will be stepping aside this year to make way for a new leader.
During her tenure as president Lynsey has overseen the organisation establish itself as an independent company and launch its first strategy.
Lynsey will remain as president while a replacement is found, with the likely handover of responsibilities taking place at the next WiN UK conference, currently scheduled for May 2022.
Lynsey said: “I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to you all for your enduring commitment and support whilst I’ve been in the role. It’s been great meeting some of you face to face and online.”
Lynsey will remain involved with WiN UK through the Strategic Advisory Group, which forms part of the organisation’s governance arrangements.
