WiN Mentor Training Programme Panel Discussion

Come along and find out more about the WiN Mentor Training pilot from the participants (see picture above) who took part in it!

Last summer WiN Central England, Western and Midlands kicked off a mentor training programme to increase the number of women mentors. Our fabulous mentors underwent their bite-size training in mentoring by Stemazing last winter and have since then mentored women looking to advance their careers. During this time the mentors have also attended monthly mentoring circles to receive support from trainer, Alexandra Knight. As this pilot programme is coming to an end, we are setting up a panel discussion so that you can find out how the mentors and mentees benefited from the programme. Maybe you will want to be in the next cohort?

Zoom Agenda:

1. Introduction and welcome by the host,  Paul Smith, the COO of Cavendish and Exec Sponsor of the Gender Balance Network  (10 minutes)
2. Panel discussion with mentors and mentees talking about the programme and how it has benefitted them. Facilitated by the trainer Alexandra Knight, Stemazing
