WiN Lunch and Learn: Mental Fitness – looking after yourself

At Headtorch, we work with organisations to develop a mentally healthy workplace culture. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and to celebrate this we’re placing a particular focus on KINDNESS. Why? Because #KindnessCounts

In this webinar we will:

– consider what’s not helpful for mental fitness and what is

– reflect on diet and sleep patterns and discover helpful habits to implement

– take a look at the balance between our ability to perform and our stress levels

– explore how to nourish and maintain mental fitness

– think about our ability to show self compassion – an essential ingredient for mental fitness

– develop awareness of a top tip to maintain self compassion

– explore how you and your colleagues can engage in the 5 ways of wellbeing for shared benefits
