Managing Mental Health

To coincide with blue Monday which is suggested to be the most depressing day of the year, WiN Scotland Central will be holding a ‘managing mental health’ session Win Scotland Central’s events lead Felicity Gillespie will be discussing ways in which we can not only manage our own mental health but how we can also help those around us.
