Do you want free access to coaching to help you achieve your full potential?

WiN UK is sponsoring a year-long coaching course to support personal growth, don’t delay put your application in today.

Six places will be available on the 2024 “Creating Positive Change Together” coaching programme which has seen real results.

Leanne Cowie, WiN’s Strategy Director, said: “This coaching programme is a fantastic opportunity for women to gain confidence and achieve their full potential. It directly supports WiN’s goal of increasing the number of women in senior roles in the industry.

It’s a virtual course, making best use of time and accessibility, run by experienced business coaches. Places are limited, however make sure you are in with a chance of being selected by submitting your application asap.”

Previous course attendees have benefited from:

  • Promotion to senior positions, including Director level;
  • Accelerating careers and inspiring others;
  • Moving to other roles for a better ‘fit’;
  • The confidence to end a role;
  • Recommitting to an organisation.

WiN UK’s 2024 CPCT cohort will be confirmed in July and the programme starts in September.

We welcome diversity and applications from women in different organisations, different roles and at different stages of their careers.

Successful applicants will be asked to support WiN marketing and promotional material and share learning with WiN UK colleagues.

  • 15th November
  • 10th January 2025
  • 14th February
  • 14th March
  • 2nd May
  • 6th June
  • 4th July
