Speaker Bio’s
Kirsteen Campbell is a women’s health coach & trainer based in Caithness. She has a huge amount of lived experience having lived with Endometriosis for 30 years, dealing with lots of challenges along the way including premature babies, miscarriage, young hysterectomy, chemical menopause, peri menopause and a surgical menopause. Kirsteen is a well-known advocate around women’s health at both local and national level. Kirsteen is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) women’s voices representative for Scotland and sits on various other networks. Kirsteen is also involved in the writing of the women’s health plan for Government. Freda Cuffe is the Lead Practitioner for Fertility and Women’s Health at Peppy, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager in a range of prestigious units across London and the South East. Freda has developed a strong expertise in ultrasound, fertility preservation, and women’s health education, with a particular passion for empowering individuals with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their health and fertility. Her extensive background includes working in both clinical and leadership roles, where she has been instrumental in delivering high-quality care, overseeing patient management, and leading teams in fertility and women’s health services. Freda is committed to advancing the field through both direct patient care and her focus on educating others, making her a trusted resource for patients and colleagues alike.
