Personal Sponsorship
Trial Session run by WiN Highland – Currently places are FULL however may be rolled out to wider group in future
This three-hour session, ‘Personal Sponsorship’, has been created in order to help delegates build their awareness of what sponsorship is and to increase their skills and confidence in building the necessary relationships and behaviours.
It is also designed to help understand how to develop personal competencies and how not to develop unhealthy dependencies for the effective sponsorship relationship. Develop objective measures to track effectiveness, develop awareness and responsibility and boost morale and transform attitudes and behaviours into positive results.
