International Mentoring Scheme Returns for 2026

Applications now open for the international career development programme!

The UK’s premier international mentoring scheme is back! Applications are officially open for the 2026 cohort of the renowned UK-France Women in Nuclear mentoring programme.

Women in Nuclear (WiN) UK is proud to continue its central role in developing this initiative, which offers a unique platform for professional growth and cross-border collaboration. Now in its sixth year, the programme is organised by the UK and French governments to connect ambitious women in the nuclear sector.

The scheme pairs early to mid-career professionals with senior mentors from across the Channel, fostering a bilateral exchange of expertise and perspective that is unique to this industry.
